ECF Farm Systems Tour

While in Berlin, CCLS connected with ECF Farmsystems, an urban farming company based in the Malzfabrik business incubator in Berlin. ECF Farmsystems operates a basil and tilapia farm, and has consulted multiple aquaponic farming projects since 2015. Christian Echternacht led a public tour of the flagship farm, describing how the farm currently operates and delivers fresh produce to local supermarket chain REWE.
