Adam Koehn
Adam Koehn received his undergraduate degree at St. Olaf College, a small liberal arts school located in Northfield, Minnesota. His participation in programs such as the Danish Institute for Study Abroad (DIS), Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA), and the International Summer School in Oslo (ISS) provided the foundation for his interest in urban development and global food systems. He is currently a Master’s of Architecture graduate student at the University of Washington, pursuing the Urban Design Certification. He sees his research with CCLS as an opportunity to use his background in design and creative thinking to re-imagine the future of cities and sustainable food production.
